Our client, a top professional service firm in the Monmouth County area, is currently seeking to add an Entry Level Administrative Assistant Office Manager to their team.

In this role the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to

- Calendar management

- Meeting scheduling, Conference Call scheduling

- Preparation of meeting documents and creation of presentation materials

- Answering of the phones

- Ad- Hoc projects designated by executive management

- 1+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Management support experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or in a similar field

- Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically in Outlook, Excel, and Powerpoint
