Vaco Technology is currently assisting a client located on the north side of Indianapolis to identify a Lead ERP Integration Analyst for a full-time, direct hire role. Client will train this person on the skills needed to use in Workday and candidates with Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc. experience are welcome to apply.

This is a direct hire, full-time position. No third parties, sponsorship, or C2C offered.

POSITION PURPOSE:

After the training period, The Lead ERP Integration Analyst will provide analysis for the implementation and on-going support of integrations related to Workday HCM and Finance. Mentors less experienced developers on best practices in Workday technology. Evaluates current and future technologies in anticipation of changing/evolving business needs and direction. Utilizes a holistic approach to identify and optimize operational, financial, and technological processes and investments to bring about change.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Developing and deploys integrated Workday solutions aimed at optimizing business processes spanning multiple technologies across the enterprise. Provides technical support of existing integrations including testing during Workday releases.
  • Performs full life cycle software development activities. Investigates, analyzes, and evaluates how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, and web interfaces can be leveraged to meet emerging and new enterprise requirements.
  • Leads the effort in providing technical solutions to business problems. Identifies, creates and facilitates process design changes. Mentors less experienced team members.
  • Provides production support including on-call. Performs regular application, systems and data administration tasks, monitors results, recommends and implements automated solutions.
  • Collaborates with other technical staff to lead research, evaluate, develop, test and implement new and/or currently unused functional and technical solutions to enhance the value of business systems. Evaluates current and future leveragability of new functionality in anticipation of changing/evolving business needs.
  • Assists with IT-related PCI and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements including control assessments (audits) and documentation requirements.
  • Provides leadership to team members and peers by collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others, identifying and initiating projects, managing resources, driving the resolution of issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Information Technology or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 3-5+ years of experience working with ERP and/or CRM packages as an Analyst, Developer, or Architect with Peoplesoft, SAP, Workday, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.
  • Workday experience is preferred but not required-will be trained
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analysis, implementation, design and development, database design, report writing, and testing procedures
  • Great communication skills.
