Job Summary:

Orlando Cybersecurity and IT Services firm seeks a highly qualified Lead Generator who can secure 43 to 50 qualified appointments per month. The function of this position is to professionally & proactively generate, profile and qualify new business and existing customer sales opportunities predominantly through appointment setting. This position carries a high degree of self-direction, requires a candidate with a proactive work ethic who can exercise significant amounts of latitude in judgment while managing multiple tasks.

  • The Lead Generator is required to personally produce and schedule a minimum of 10-15 qualified appointments per week that SITs with our CTO;
  • Able to maintain 100% accuracy in the Company's CRM while booking appointments;
  • To meticulously follow the Company's inside sales processes, which includes but are not limited to tracking and reporting on key metrics, updating records appropriately, and can follow scripts provided by the Company;
  • To call and qualify leads from prospect lists which will be provided by the Company;
  • Able to work with an autodialer, such as turboDial and respectively inform the prospect of being recorded.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  • To follow up on leads that have come in using the Company's lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify and route them to the right person, update their information in the Company's CRM and ultimately schedule a consultation where appropriate.
  • To make 90-110 outbound dials per day, follow up on various marketing campaigns sent to prospects, schedule a consultation and or call on leads that have been generated to schedule a consultation.
  • To call and confirm appointments to reduce no shows.
  • To assist clients who request to have their appointments rescheduled or those who have either canceled or no-show for their consultation appointment.
  • To update all records in the Company's CRM with accuracy and completed information. This will include using the autodialer to record details of the calls and conversations in the customer record in the CRM, including updating the status of leads accurately, etc. NOTE: Tracking requirements may change based on the list used, offer made, changes to the follow-up process, etc.

Skills Needed:

  • Team-oriented individual with strong integrity, positive attitude, professionalism and an appreciation of the Company Culture;
  • 1+ years experience in sales REQUIRED;
  • Appointment Setter SAT experience within the IT/Cybersecurity industry highly desirable;
  • Able to do Data Entry in a CRM (preferably Infusionsoft);
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette;
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;
  • Self-disciplined, determined to succeed with excellent self-motivation skills;
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), the candidate must be able to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets and CRM.
