5 to 7 years of work experience that includes

  • • Analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing

  • • Planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple infrastructure related efforts with significant size, scope and complexity

  • • In-depth knowledge of common testing methods, testing tools (e.g., ALM), terminology and industry practices (automation)

  • • Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns and interfaces

  • • Knowledge of various corporate security rules, legal and regulatory obligations such as PCI, SOX or similar standards

  • • Advanced knowledge of using software packages or tools for processing or displaying data (e.g. Microsoft Excel, SQL Queries)

  • • Proven ability to assess implications of proposed systems changes on the processes and factors related to information security

  • • Advanced analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data from various sources to determine next steps

  • • Negotiation skills with the ability to influence others by educating and sharing information

  • • Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences

  • • Adapt to new situations and learn quickly

  • • 5+ years of experience utilizing Quality Center

Job Duties

  • Leads testing efforts across all impacted applications to completion
  • Constructs test schedule in alignment with project timeline
  • Creates executive and leadership level testing specific status power point slides for steering committee meetings
  • Ability to manage complex, simultaneous testing efforts across multiple platforms
  • Constructs and/or reviews all test plans, scenarios and scripts to ensure appropriate level of detail and quality in documentation
  • Responsible for all test progress reporting and communication
  • Coordinates testing efforts across multiple IT and Line of Business organizations (to include UAT)
  • Identifies all testing resource needs in alignment with project constraints
  • Estimates all testing efforts based on scope, requirements, and design
  • Reviews all requirements documentation to ensure they have the necessary detail to be testable.
  • Facilitates and schedules testing related meetings and associated logistics (scheduling, agendas, minutes, action items)
  • Manages a team with an on-shore/off-shore model
  • Assigns tasks in support of testing and performs follow-up with team members

CORE skill sets

  • Quality Assurance Lead Experience
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural diagrams for security related delivery
  • Experience with security testing (SIT, Regression, INT, etc… not necessarily pen testing)
  • Quality Center
  • Microsoft Office Intermediate skillset (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
