As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support on a daily basis to the legal team and enhance office effectiveness.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Coordinating various meetings and other events
  • Compiling, proofreading, and revising drafts of legal documents and reports
  • Answering phone and emails; handling matters as appropriate
  • Coordinating with customers, external counsel and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation related to legal matters
  • Maintaining and updating databases and tracking systems

As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you must be dependable and professional as well as being highly organized and detail-oriented. You should be a creative and flexible problem solver with a business-oriented mindset and a commitment to always going the extra mile to get the job done. In addition, it is important that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to function effectively as part of a team.
