Job Description

This is whom we believe you are (i.e. what you need to be): Resourceful and meticulous candidate with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. The Legal Investigations team receives and responds to user data requests from regulatory government and third party agencies. We will become a 24/7 operation shortly, so flexibility to work weekends and potentially overnight is required.

Language Skill Set Needed: Korean/Dutch/Greek

Responsibilities include:
● Analyze and organize incoming legal requests and inquiries from law enforcement and third parties with a high level of accuracy
● Respond to internal and external inquiries received via email and other avenues while adhering to team policies and protocols
● Facilitate communication of process and policy to government agencies via internal tools and over the phone
● Accurately review and perform data entry for various documents
● Prioritize and manage numerous tasks concurrently
● Continuously meet volume and quality expectations
● Assimilate feedback and apply learnings in a dynamic environment
● Work cross-functionally with peers, leads, and stakeholders
● Maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Minimum qualifications:
● B.A./B.S degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
● Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with accuracy
● Attention to detail: ability to analyze and process data with precision
● Flexible and adaptable to shifting assignments
● Tech savviness, experience with word processors and spreadsheets
● Good communicator
● Availability to work weekends and/or nights as needed

Preferred qualifications:
● Experience complying with data and security policies
● Familiarity with ticketing systems
● Knowledge of Google products
● Experience with legal processes or paralegal certification
● Ability to read & write in a foreign language is a plus
