Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the Firm's leadership may deem necessary from time to time.  Assist with key marketing, event, and public relations initiatives.  Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)  Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)  Design social media strategies.  Plan, organize and executive internal and external educational and social awareness programs that are geared towards building our brand, promoting interaction with business leaders within our community, and foster goodwill within our business community.

Plan, organize and executive internal and external e-marketing events through local chambers of commerce geared towards building our brand, promoting interaction with business leaders within our community, and foster goodwill within our business community.  Working with our attorneys to develop marketing materials to market and promote our various practice areas and services.  Working with our lawyers to prepare materials to pitch certain businessand customers targeted by Firm leadership.  Working with the Managing Partner to prepare and keep current, general firm marketing materials and brochures.  Assisting the firm's attorneys with credentialing with state and national organizations.  Maintain and manage social media presence (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).  Create, manage, and publish high quality content.  Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.  Research to stay on top of new trendsand advise the team on decisions based off trends.  Maintain website (Google Analytics, update banners, store locator, test functionality of added features, update recipes, etc.).  Ability to produce visually pleasing and inclusive imagery with clear and understandable verbiage that effectively communicates the intended message.  Understanding of SEO, Google AdWords, Google Analytics preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in related field. Proven experience as marketing specialist, social media coordinator, or similar role. 1-2 years of practical experience preferred. 1. Strong written & verbal communication skills (especially with clients, coworkers and management staff).
