As a Level 1 Help Desk

  • Provide desktop support for users in a Windows environment.
  • First responder for support of the company's PCs, printers and other IT related equipment.
  • Maintaining the help desk tracking software.
  • Report issues to the help desk for escalation.
  • End user support, both in-person and remote.
  • Performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
  • Deployment of new hardware.
  • Customer Service is key as you will be the first line of defense
