Job Description

The Benefits Coordinator will support the corporate benefits team administratively in ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring employee LOAs, and assiting employees with benefits inqueries.

Additional responsibilities of the Benefits Coordinator include:

  • Handling the administrative requirements of employee benefits
  • Provide extensive communication and interaction with employees in regards to LOAs
  • Maintains employee database and files
  • Assist benefits team with reporting; prepare and maintain
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve employee benefits issues
  • May facilitate benefits orientations for new employees
Qualificiations include:
  • 1+ year of Human Resources expereince; benefits preffered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems; ADP preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related discipline; experience equivalent to a degree will be considered
