Job Description

Our client, located in Indianapolis, has a couple openings for Maintenance Customer Service Coordinators!

This is a full time / direct hire position.

Shifts Available:
Sunday - Thursday from 7am - 4pm
Sunday - Thursday from 11am - 8pm
Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Monday - Friday from 2pm - 12am
Monday - Friday from 12am - 7am

Purpose: Customer Service Coordinators are patient, excellent communicators, proactive, analytical, solution-focused, and are able to handle multiple task simultaneously. The best CSC's take customer service personally; are able to develop positive relationships; and focus on what is mutually beneficial for them and its clients. CSC's must be detailed-oriented and committed to going the extra mile for the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage positive relationships with customer base
  • Answer inbound customer calls and communicate with vendors
  • Listen to drivers and assess situations for appropriate response resolution
  • Seek customer feedback and develop action plans for improvement
  • Proactively communicate with customers and manage their expectations
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues to maintain/improve customer satisfaction
  • Complete all necessary documents accurately and fully
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Communicate and facilitate customer payments
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve and refine skills
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • The ability to multi-task and maintain organization
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Creative-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication and listening skills
  • Strong knowledge of United States Geography
  • Basic knowledge of PC's and Microsoft applications
  • Basic knowledge or breakdown calls

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:

  • Comprehensive understanding of reading invoices and estimates
  • Mechanical or automotive experience background
  • Truck and/or maintenance experience
  • Factory trained experienced
  • Vocation, technical training, or specialized training
  • CDL
  • ASE certified
  • Bachelor's degree
