Management Trainee

The Company is currently seeking reliable, organized Management Trainees to join their team. Management Trainees will work under the supervision of managers and executives across multiple departments within the company. Responsibilities include performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation. To be successful as a Management Trainee, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates will have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Working on projects with staff to learn about standards, procedures and methods used within each department
* Rotating to different business functions, each for 6-12 months, practicing and adhering to policies that impact each phase of the business
* Taking and passing tests and evaluations in order to continue in the program
* Creating projects and oral presentations
* Identifying trends and then developing recommendations based on the information gathered
* Researching ways to increase profitability and lower risk
* Providing administrative support
* Performing all other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Statistics preferred
* Self-motivated and disciplined with a positive attitude; quick learner
* Result oriented; able to handle stress and deadlines well
* Problem-solving ability and analytical skills
* Strong verbal and written presentation skills
* Excellent math and computational ability
* Excellent customer service and communications skills, including a positive attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
* Great interpersonal skills - displays honesty, ethics, and integrity at all times
* Must have prompt and regular attendance
* Able to develop a rapport and be a team player
* Minimum of 40 hours per week
