Job Description

Accounting Manager with strength within Cost and Inventory Accounting to manage a small team.


-Major focus on Cost Accounting, accurate reporting of inventory and related cost of goods sold.
-Reporting requirements for both internal and external parties in support of the month end close.
-Oversight of strategic projects within the inventory functions.
-Ensures the accuracy and completeness of inventory movements through interactions with key Supply Chain business partners.
-Reviews Cost of Sales activity and provides necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with supply agreements.
-Supports strategic initiatives within the Inventory function.
-Prepares monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and footnote schedules.
-Provides support to internal and external auditors as needed.

Qualifications:
Accounting Degree, MBA and/or CPA a plus
10+ years of experience in a cost accounting role with experience in financial reporting, general accounting- manufacturing or Pharmaceutical experience a plus
