Job Description

Our client, a premier employer in Birmingham, is looking for an Acquisitions and Integration Manager with the experience and the ability to manage their M&A process with little to no direction.

Manager Job Duties:

  • Creation of modeling templates to provide executive team with sound comparative data and analysis in reviewing capital spending decisions
  • Lead the production of underwriting models
  • Oversight of analysis to support strategic acquisition decisions
  • Development of Pro-forma information and financial forecast
  • Calculation of ROI in reviewing capital spending considerations
  • Cost of capital analytics
  • Post-acquisition support of finance and accounting team to help insure proper transition and integration
  • Other projects and reporting as determined by executive management

Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A either working with a consulting firm or corporate development team
  • Masters level degree highly preferred
  • Quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
