The Executive Financial Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and screening senior-level finance and accounting professionals. Identifying, screening, and managing candidates and consultants for senior accounting and financial positions within the Financial division. This position works with one or more producers to fulfill open job orders while managing candidates and consultants throughout the hiring process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • New business development and strategic account management. The successful candidate will engage all appropriate levels of management to develop opportunities to increase and expand our client base and scope of services with both existing accounts and new prospects. This individual will be the "front of spear" seeking out and developing long term business relationships with senior-level decision makers.
  • Proactively sources, identifies, and screens candidates for hiring needs in permanent placement positions within senior‐level accounting and finance functions.
  • Performs interviews in‐person, by phone, and/or web to assess suitability to positions.
  • Maintains regular communication with candidates during and outside of the hiring process.
    • Develops a strong network of talent to increase referrals, leads, and ability to successfully fill positions.
    • Markets open positions via job postings, social media, networking events, and other methods.
    • Performs reference and background checks while managing applicant data within Bullhorn.
    • Presents qualified talent for open positions while also marketing candidates to the client manager.
    • Generates and shares leads from interviews with Client Managers to increase sales.
    • Collaborates with teammates to fill other positions when appropriate.
    • Maintaining a database of critical information
    • Being the point person for candidates
    • Managing a book of business
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results‐ driven. Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.


  • Prior experience with measurable success required. Remote options.
  • Bachelor's degree required. CPA, MBA, CMA or related designation preferred but not required.
  • Five (5) years of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting OR directly relevant experience required.
