Vaco Staffing, a division of Vaco Orlando, in our Maitland location has an EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY for an experienced recruiter, sales and account management professional within the staffing industry.

Vaco Staffing provides our clients with placement services on a contract, contract-to-hire and direct-hire basis for a wide variety of administrative and executive skill sets including general support, temp accounting, sales, management, customer service, marketing and human resources.

Experience in temp accounting, temp operations, administration recruiting required.

Experience in sales and account management required.

Position Summary:

The Manager of Client Services position will be responsible for new business development, strategic account management. Including engaging all appropriate levels of management to develop opportunities to increase and expand our client base and scope of services with both existing accounts and new prospects.

The successful individual works directly with managing team members and recruiters to present great job opportunities so good communication and teamwork is a must. The Manager of Client Services manages job order activity, client support and provides special additional support where required.

Our ideal Manager of Client Services candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, pace and intensity, and an aptitude for long-term relationship building.

      ‐ Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.

Basic Skills:

Able to work with a sense of urgency and meet tight deadlines; Organized, detailed, and results‐ driven. Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision.


  • Experience in temp accounting, temp operations, administration recruiting required.

  • Bachelor's degree.
