Job Description

Our Client, located in Noblesville Indiana, is looking to find a Goal-Oriented Leader to manager their customer service team.

The purpose of the Manager position is to maximize customer satisfaction by providing resources through a "Single Point of Contact" centralized support center and aligning them with corporate objectives. A working knowledge of quality improvement practices would be beneficial as this role will include setting quality and productivity standards as well as customer support critical success factors.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience managing teams of 50 or more, have experience or working understanding of manufacturing or distribution industry

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

Setting and maintain department objections by:

  • Creating and supporting a customer oriented environment
  • Manage a team of 50 or more customer service associates
  • Help Define and communicate performance metrics that align with corporate objectives
    • Implement improvement plans departmentally and individually to improve performance.
    • Identify and create solutions for any departmental issues.
    • Determine requirements by analyzing trends, benchmarks, and surveys.

Managing Human Resource Functions by:

  • Hire, On-board new employees.
  • Create and maintain training manual and train them based on your expertise and skill set
  • Managing employee schedules
  • Effectively communicate job standards
  • Collaborate with employees to discuss performance in regular performance reviews.

Other duties include:

  • Create and manage annual budget based on previous years forecast
  • Perform yearly forecasting of departmental requirements
  • Analyze and establish actions to correct any variances
  • Maintain Department resources
  • Manage departmental office supply inventory

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in customer service
  • 5+ years' supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Leadership Studies, or other related fields.
  • Extensive e-commerce background
  • Ability to translate your skills to other employees through training and mentoring
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
