Job Description

Our publicly traded client needs a Manager of Technical Accounting and Reporting to join their growing company. In this organization there is access to executives as well as the opportunity to take on high level projects.

Salary: $130K and up DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing SEC filings
  • Research new accounting standards and make recommendations to other departments
  • Research and document the accounting/reporting implications of complex and non-standard transactions
Requirements:
  • CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
