We are currently partnering with a manufacturing company in Burlington area. This would be a direct hire opportunity supporting the CEO of the company and assisting with marketing area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the CEO by:
    • Managing calendar
    • Arranging domestic travel - hotel, rental car and airfare
    • Handle corporate expensive account and reconcile company credit card
    • Being a liaison between CEO and the marketing/sales teams
    • Track action items and ensure deadlines are met

  • Project Management
    • Ensure project team stays completes deliverables in a timely manner
    • Creating and delivering presentations
    • Create agendas and organize team meetings
    • Research and analyze data to find new lead

  • Marketing Activities
    • Edit company website and social media
      • Create content for both web and print ads
      • Plan and host technical trainings and events

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with CEO or President
  • Marketing background a plus!
