Job Description

Vaco is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to professionally serve multiple partners, directors and senior managers in a professional services company in the Cobb/Vinings area. This is a great opportunity to join a team that serves clients with distinction and rewards employee performance. This key position will be responsible for ensuring our client deliverables represent our firm well. The ideal candidate for this role will be a master in Adobe Acrobat. This is a direct hire opportunity and the pay range is $65-$75k depending upon experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure clean and crisp financial reports are delivered timely to clients
  • Ensure departmental quality control procedures are completed and documented
  • Develop and maintain engagement letters and correspondence
  • Binding client reports as needed
  • Assist with reporting from various firm-wide systems
  • Update client projects/budgets
  • Various office projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Seven or more years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
  • Two years in a professional services environment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat is required
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • A resourceful thinker who can multi-task and produce timely deliverables
  • Understands the appropriate sense of urgency and performs well with deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable prioritization skills in a role supporting more than one manager
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent, able to work with little supervision
  • Recent experience in a document editing role is strongly preferred
  • Experience with CCH ProSystems Fx Engagement is a positive
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
