Indianapolis Financial Services company is looking for a highly organized Marketing and Sales Administrator to join their team!

The primary responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Contact referrals to schedule initial meetings
  • Schedule annual reviews with current clients
  • Identify target clients based on marketing plans
  • Mail, track, and follow up on introduction letters to potential clients
  • Creating systems for follow up with current and potential clients
  • Other duties as assigned

This individual should be proactive, and comfortable calling people.
Must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent communication skills.
