Position Summary

The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic marketing direction for the company, including developing a marketing strategy, monthly event and promotional calendars, as well as working with the team to manage the menu assortment that are offered at each facility. He/she will partner with the management staff, culinary and the Brand Experience Specialists to execute and measure the impact of the restaurant calendars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic marketing calendar that drives traffic and revenue for each restaurant through special events, promotions, and thematic programming to support the product brands.
  • Drive awareness of the restaurants through paid media, organic search, and social media tools.
  • Build a technology platform for the restaurants that enables effective CRM and loyalty marketing efforts.
  • Own the social strategy and voice for all restaurant social feeds. Partner with the creative team and social content manager for execution.
  • Leverage traditional PR, influencer, and mobile marketing to build buzz and awareness for the restaurants and drive new trial.
  • Build an event strategy for restaurants that incorporate best practices across all restaurants, but also creates a local, community feel.
  • Partner with the brand and merchandising team to deliver compelling point of sale materials and merchandise that leads to incremental revenue.
  • Partner with Merchandising Specialist to track restaurant merchandise inventory and make recommendations on how to sell through existing inventory.
  • Track and report on results of programming, including revenue, product mix and merchandising sales.
  • Manage team of Brand Experience Specialists.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • 5 plus years of experience in brand, hospitality or retail marketing
  • Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools
  • 25-40% travel required
