Job Description

Vaco has been engaged by a great Birmingham company, to identify a Marketing Manager to work closely with the VP of Marketing, marketing staff, media buyers, and advertising agencies to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue and ensure growth of the company.

Additionally, the Marketing Manager will manage the marketing budget, ensure that new products are being promoted in proper outlets, plan and execute community events, and continue to research, analyze, and evaluate the market to capitalize on opportunities. Since this person is responsible for many different projects simultaneously, they need to be extremely analytical, creative and detail oriented. Requirements:

  • Applications should have 3-5 years of progressive marketing experience
  • All applicants must have a degree in Marketing or a related industry from a 4-year, accredited institution.
  • Highly refined communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are required for this position.
  • Proven experience in customer and market research, as well as relevant software applications.
