Job Description

Vaco is seeking a Marketing Operations manager for a client in Clearwater, FL. This position is a contract role, that could turn into full time.

Position Summary:

The person in this role is responsibile for owning the development of marketing infrastructure, systems, and processes that lead to increased lead acquisition and coversion. The primary objectives are to increase customer acuisition and increase efficiency through the use of modern marketing systems. This position works closley with the internal marketing team peers and in Sales Operations.

Systems and Applications:

  • Oversee administration of marketing systems, infrastructure, and other shared marketing tools.
  • Make strategic recommendations about the marketing teck stack used in the company.
  • Develop, monitor, test, and optimize Pardot for marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Troubleshoot QA campaigns.
  • Work jointly with the Sales Operations and Sales Enablement to ensure proper integration and data integrity between Partdot, Salesforce, and other integrated applications.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies.
Reporting & Analysis:

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards on marketing activities and campaigns, effectiveness, and business impact.
  • Monitor lead volumes, conversion rates, and close rates by solution and territory.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within marketing database.
  • Evaluate and interpret data to identify trends that suggest new opportunities or challenges and using data to set and tract goals, metrics and KPIs.
Managment:

  • Leads and ad hoc analyses, projects, and requests, serves as marketing operations expert to each division.
  • Supports, coaches, and develops employees for functional skills and leadership competencies.
  • Helps employees create tailored development and performance plans.
Skills and Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Analytics.
  • High Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • B2B technology and/or SaaS experience preferred
