Job Description

Marketing Specialist

  • Full Project Marketing support on all aspects of event production and content - positions of PMM - for the creation and execution of large and scalable customer events, with the goal to replicate the program in the key regions: EMEA, JAPAC and AMER.
  • Specifically:
    • Participate in overall planning for Programs : all over the world with the goal to bring awareness over the new Cloud products and increase pipeline.
    • Coordinating the Global Field Marketing' work streams for CIO and ITDM Programs, including (but not limited to) sessions, demos and community activities, ensuring that the team successfully delivers on its responsibilities in a timely and impactful manner, resulting in a successful event.
    • Scale the demos built for physical events for digital conferences and support the creative experience planning for these events.
    • Provide project management for these global programs.
    • Coordinate with regions to roll out the programs.
    • Post event feedback reporting and ROI analysis
  • Weekly progress reports on all sub-projects - Share weekly progress

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS, MBA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of business technology marketing experience, including digital and/or event marketing.
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills
  • Proven track record in a client facing role
  • Experience with CRM systems ( or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Proficient in Google Docs
  • Experience driving events and complex projects with diverse stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience defining successful enterprise software acquisition programs for large accounts.
  • Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs (specially expertise driving events)
  • Project management skills including: managing agencies, vendors and global projects.
  • Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs, Presentations, Calendar, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently
