As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support on a daily basis. You will act as the liaison between the executives and all departments throughout the organization as well as outside partners and clients.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Be the go to person for repair/troubleshooting/service calls/ replacing toner for office machines
  • Open and close the office.
  • Act as a receptionist as needed
  • Copy and bind reports
  • Create project folders on server and Excel
  • Keep database updated
  • Ability to create, compose, and edit written maetrials
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
