The Member Support Specialist is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to more complex and unique consumer inquiries. Responsible for resolving issues regarding products and services before, during, and after the transaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Resolves member questions and concerns; processes escalations as needed
  • Handle routine and non-routine member inquiries via phone and email
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Great organizational skills that allows delivery for targeted deadlines
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Dependable and Team Player

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in a professional customer service environment
  • Banking experience highly preffered
  • Proficient with technology and working in multiple systems
  • Experience working in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
