As a Merchandising Associate you will execute our online store operations.
- You will research, curate and create store banners and collections across different movies & TV shows.
- You will maintain content publishing schedules and use internal tools to update the store.
- You will provide analytics support and performance reporting for key programs and campaigns.
- You will execute store campaigns and work closely with other Merchandising country teams as well as cross-functional teams.
- You will operationally support ad hoc merchandising initiatives as required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate online store content refreshes, such as updating weekly banners and collections
- Maintain store operational calendars and publish content
- Operationally support data analysis by collating relevant metrics and creating reports.
- Optimize merchandising based on analytics.
- Write and/or edit copy for collections and editorial content in English with a focus on the United States, Canada and Australia.
- Localize relevant global campaigns and help create local seasonal campaigns.
- Research new and trending movies & TV shows for placement in Merchandising banners & collections.
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment.
Minimum Role Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and analytical skills
- Familiar with content management systems
- Strong written & verbal English language skills
- Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach
- Native fluency in English with the ability to write/edit copy
- Passion for media & entertainment and an understanding of that business landscape
- BA/BS degree required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
Preferred Role Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in Tech / start-up space / media company
- Previous experience in merchandising, marketing, digital, retail and/or content businesses
