Job Description

Our client in the North OC area is currently seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Consultant to join their organization for a 3+ month contract opportunity. The ideal consultant will have public accounting experience, CPA, and recent M&A experience.

Job Duties May Include:

  • Generating analysis and insight: executing rigorous and insightful analysis to build an evidence base to support strategy development and change
  • Developing an understanding of effective tools, skills and frameworks that can be brought to bear on new client problems, and shared as best practice within the team
  • Team management: managing and support junior resources in order to ensure successful project delivery
  • Process improvement relating to due diligence for acquisition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA highly desired, public accounting background preferred
  • 5+ years of experience handling M&A within a corporation
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including data mining and reporting from ERP system
