As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of residential mortgage loan origination.

Additional responsibilities include:
At all times adheres to lending policies, Procedures and regulations.

    • Traveling the lending area on a daily basis
    • Analyze and prequalify applicants
    • Pull, analyze and screen credit for comparison to the borrower's statements
    • Determine correct loan options, correct any potential policy conflicts and document loan files based upon applicant's present situation, future plans and preferred loan product.
    • Gather, review for completeness and compliance all initial documentation required based on applicant's selected loan program.
    • Provide the loan package to the loan processor for review and pre-submission audit.
    • Work closely with the loan processor to provide any letter of explanation or additional documentation as necessary or as required by the underwriting to clear all conditions & close each loan.
