Job Description


This role is centered on supporting e-commerce activities in US & CA. The new hire will work with the Americas Merchandising Manager to curate Movies & TV collections, highlight new release content and price seasonal sales.

Top Responsibilities

  • Build and update Movie and TV collections for the Client's Platform via content management system: i.e. new releases, seasonal/thematic sales, content for date night, family movie night, etc

  • Update the store with new and relevant movies and tv series

  • Program price reductions for any discount promotions

  • Pull and analyze store performance metrics to make recommendations on how to improve results

Other Responsibilities

  • Maintain calendar of seasonal moments + title releases to organize and inform store programming

  • Work with operations and engineering teams to test new store functionality and fix store issues

  • Stay on top of news and trends in movies and TV to ensure store content featured is highly relevant

  • Work closely with the Merchandising Manager on key initiatives for the movies and/or broader merchandising team (tool improvements, artwork requests, running experiments etc.)

Minimum Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience ideally in Entertainment or Tech

  • Open to recent college grad with very relevant internship and/or first time job experience

  • Previous experience with marketing campaigns, promotions, website merchandising or managing an editorial calendar (ideally in movies & TV)

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about TV/Movies, pop culture

Prefered Requirements

  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated quick learner

  • Worked on project-based role or worked on a project that required collaborating with cross-functional roles and managing multiple workstreams

  • Good at working on different platforms/tools (e.g. pricing tool, content management tool, etc.)

  • Retail and digital experience (Entertainment/Tech working background a plus)

  • Experience working with a content management system
