Job Description

Vaco Tampa is hiring for a client off of Waters Ave. They need a C#/.Net developer that is well-versed in eFiling development for new products and has Web Services experience. This role is more middle-tier and back-end focused with little to no front-end or UI needed.

There are two openings to fill for this client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business applications based on end-user/business requirements, operations initiatives, and technical process improvements.
  • Analyze, model, and test new application solution options for all relevant business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete assigned project responsibilities with limited supervision.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with end users, service providers, and IT staff.
  • Provide documentation to support end-users and IT department personnel to facilitate knowledge transfer.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills):
  • 4 years College/Technical degree or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years development experience required, with proven ability to develop in a large scale client-server application environment using Microsoft solutions or similar development models
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP) required
  • Experience with .NET Framework 4.5+, C#.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, and T-SQL required
  • ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web API experience is required
  • ASP.NET Web Service / Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) experience is required
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2015+, Team Foundation Server 2010+, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008+ required
  • Must demonstrate effective professional communication (verbal and written), organizational, customer service skills
  • OWIN (or other token based) authentication experience is desired
  • Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) experience is desired
  • Browser automation and screen-scraping experience is desired
