Job Title: Web Application Developer (asp.NET)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive web applications utilizing ASP.Net framework
  • Love for UI, UX and detail-oriented in frontend design.
  • Experienced with Microsoft SQL server/Rest APIs communication and consumption
  • Ability to function in an agile environment with daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Identify, troubleshoot, resolve and document application issues and/or bugs

Additional Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize the GitHub source control management system
  • Deploy patches to staging and production servers
  • Escalate service issues that cannot be completed within agreed service levels
  • Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA or higher in a computer science-related field (CS, Electrical or IT)
  • The ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years of experience developing internet-facing web applications developed in ASP.net (C# using MVC design patterns preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Great knowledge of OOP design patterns including DDD.
  • Experience in the programming languages/methods of .NET, C# or Java Stack
  • Experience with Git workflow is preferred
  • Ability to participate in complex, multi-phased projects with regular development milestones and build schedules
  • Integration experience with third-party applications a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience/knowledge with CI/CD
  • Experience with SOLID Software Development methodologies
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment
