Job Description

Overview:
Our client is looking for a versatile software engineer who can get stuff done in mixed architecture environment.
Are you a .NET expert?
Have you built high-volume Node.js data processors? Do you know your way around Google Cloud Platform and AWS? Are you familiar with GitLab and Kubernetes? Come talk to us and join a team of engineers in a startup SaaS company focused on data integration, business intelligence, workflow automation, and financial performance management. As a direct-report to the head of technology your voice will be heard as we build the future of
the company together.

Responsibilities:
Ship product within an agile software development methodology.
Write code that is maintainable and scalable.
Work within a professional software engineering environment (source controlled, continuous integration, automated deployment,
documentation, etc.). Cowboy coders need not apply.
Debug and refactor an existing codebase to improve performance and enhance functionality.
Ask questions and provide both functional and technical input as we refine our backlog to ensure work is ready-for-development.
Facilitate good technical designs and solutions based on modern software development patterns and practices.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Software development experience in Node.js and one or more front end JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Knockout, React, etc.) Familiarity with one or more .NET language (C#, Visual Basic .NET, etc.) Working knowledge of best patterns and practices for designing and developing web applications (MVC, MVVM, etc.) Web application development experience using HTML, CSS and AJAX. You've never said the words "It can't be done" in the context of software development. Bonus Points: You write code on the weekends just for fun. You treat your servers like cattle instead of pets. You can explain reflection to a layman in two sentences or less.
