Job Description

Vaco is immediately seeking an Office Assistant in the North OC area. This position is a combination of clerical and billing.

This person should have the following experience or knowledge of:
- Completing, Summarizing and complie Service Request Orders.
- Office Etiquette: Answering and transferring phone calls, computer savvy, and tracking office supplies.
- Basic Math Knowledge
- 1-2 years of Office experience.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Strong Communication skills - verbal and written
