We at Vaco Richmond are seeking an Office Assistant / Office Administrator who is available ASAP and wants to dive into a new role with an industry leader.

In this role, you may experience a broad range of administrative or clerical duties mixed in with cross-training opportunities into accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactional accounting functions.



Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Answer phones and communicate with customers and clients
  • Assist with scheduling meetings or travel for executives
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Zendesk, or other office software
  • Handle light accounts payable and light accounts receivable on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Learn new tasks or software as they are implemented throughout the office and then assist in the training of the team

  • Detail oriented individual

Job Requirements

Previous office experience is required
