Vaco is working with a growing company offering competitive pay who is seeking an experienced and professional Office Manager to join their team!
Office Manager - Accounting, Operations, and Executive Support
You will be responsible for managing a team, completing accounting tasks (including Payroll), overseeing daily operations and promoting a great culture within and outside of the organization. Quickbooks experience is required for this position!
Brief summary of responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the office
- Manage office records and information
- Accounting functions, including job costing, payroll processing, tax preparation, reconciliations, and payables
- Risk Management
- Calendar management and use of office technology
- Provide administrative assistance to management/executive team
- Manage team while encouraging and improving cross-department internal communication
- Human Resources operations (including, but not limited to; payroll, on-boarding, timecard keeping, maintaining confidentiality, etc.)
- Perform other office tasks as assigned (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Previous experience in Office Management or related positions
- Management and Accounting experience required
- 3+ years' of recent experience working within Quickbooks
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong leadership qualities and organizational qualities
