We at Vaco Richmond are seeking an Office Manager for a local Richmond company.

In this role, you may experience a broad range of administrative or clerical duties mixed in with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other transactional accounting functions.

Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Answer phones and communicate with customers and clients
  • Handle invoicing and invoice matching
  • Assist with scheduling meetings or travel for executives
  • Use of Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, or other office software
  • Learn new tasks or software as they are implemented throughout the office and then assist in the training of the team

Requirements of this role:

  • Bachelors OR experience required
  • Quickbooks and Excel skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Detail oriented individual
