The Executive Director is essential to ensure the business is achieving its objectives and remaining operationally and financially sound. Candidate must have experience in managing staff, growing a business in competitive markets, and is adept at determining the overall health of the business through the analysis of different metrics. Exceptional relationship building coupled with sales acumen is highly desired. This role will be responsible for the administrative, financial and supervisory aspects of managing the practice.

  • Accomplish practice operations by communicating, developing and managing to our values, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsibility for recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, counseling, corrective action, planning, monitoring, appraising; supervising and evaluating all members of the support staff.
  • Maintain efficient appointment scheduling, registration, patient flow and discharge procedures to enhance patient satisfaction and physician productivity.
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the center including staff scheduling, cash reconciliation, inventory, and operational checks and balances. Employee engagement survey scores
  • Provide recommendations and follow-up actions for operational inefficiencies.
  • Review performance benchmarks with providers and provide tools/resources for team to grow their categories.
  • Maintain legal and accreditation compliance concerning federal, state, and local regulations; supporting and upholding department policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environment, and infection control; anticipating emerging issues.
  • Accountability for financial goals of the practice, including revenue, expenses and budgeting.
  • Lead teams that have excelled at providing outstanding customer service.
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
  • Maintains oversight of facilities and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safekeeping. Mange the cleanliness of office (schedule outside cleanings when applicable). Schedule PM's for equipment. Maintains master file for all vendor agreements, equipment and facilities lifecycle.
  • Develops a format for reporting weekly and monthly financial and management information reports. (Production, Client Retention, Retail Sell Through, Schedule Density)
  • Works with staff and vendors to create marketing events and local promotions within practice and community. Photo management and participation in online, community building activities.

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience managing a healthcare practice
  • Demonstrable success in growing a business.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administrator or related field is preferred; equivalent education and/or experience in job related activities will be considered.
