We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager/Claims Assistant for a reputable organization in Richmond. This position requires effective problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail.

This person will provide office management and administrative support to the claims department.
  • Managing phone lines
  • Maintaining the filing system
  • Receiving and reviewing all incoming mail
  • Document imaging, processing payments, and inputting new claims
  • Supporting department Director in setting up projects and files
Requirements:

-Must have Bachelor's degree
-1-2 years' experience in a professional setting
