Office Manager, Technology Properties

One of our National IT Clients, a Real Estate company provides innovative IT site and technology campuses for high-profile tenants in large metropolitan areas. The Seattle Office is experiencing a very exciting amount of growth and they are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Manager to support multiple customers, handle the management of Assets, build and maintain robust contact lists, organize files and assist in the planning of major events. You will handle critical administrative work that will influence the company and external stakeholders, you will manage special projects and assignments as needed in addition to leading a positive and exciting office environment where people like to go into work every day!

REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager in a large office setting
2. Experience in Real Estate and/or Building Management is a nice-to-have
3. Passion for technology
4. Experience with Angus Mobile and cloud/based work order, operations management solutions for Real Estate or similar technologies.
5. Microsoft Office Suite
6. Complex calendering
7. Some experience with lower-level Administrative Accounting and Billing Functions
7. Excellent client-facing skills and communication, passion about IT, presentation and planning skills are a must!
