Real Estate Office Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a full time Office Manager/Property Manager/Office Assistant and the position will include property management, office management, and light personal assistant work.

Responsibilities

  • General Office work: maintain calendar, company files, scan/print/answer calls, schedule meetings to support senior management
  • Experience with Yardi and Quickbooks are ideal
  • General property management: point of contact with tenants, oversee maintenance requests, contracts
  • Work closely with outside accounting firm with year end tax, CAM/expense reimbursements.
  • Personal assistant work: book travel, pay credit card bills, make appointments.
  • Light bookkeeping

Requirements

  • Administrative / Property management experience (ideally in commercial real estate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Real estate experience is necessary
  • Real Estate management software (Yardi) and business accounting software (Quickbooks) is a plus
