As an Office Manager/Social Media Assistant, you will be responsible for consistently generating a wide variety of original, compelling, high-quality digital content for use in delivery across a variety of digital online platforms, social channels, sales tools, and other media. You will help develop and implement the company's online voice by creating awareness and engagement with the brand. You will work with various departments and teams to plan, create, and publish a mix of value-driven digital content.

Other responsibilities of the Office Manager/Social Media Assistant role include:

  • Creating original content such as blog posts, value-add articles, white papers, slide presentations, video scripts, Infographics, website copy, articles, and editorial
  • Writing scripts, blog posts, social media posts and other content to be published
  • Developing an editorial calendar and determining the media and methods that work for the target audience
  • Establishing a workflow for creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content
  • Researching and curating external content highlighting interesting content produced by third parties
  • Developing and managing a network of internal and external content creators
  • Working with the marketing, creative, and social media teams to integrate content
  • Ensuring that content themes, keywords, tagging, etc. meet SEO objectives
  • Establishing a content creation process to streamline the production of content
  • Researching and refining methods for scheduling or featuring content at optimal times
  • Performing duties similar to an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
