As the Office Manager, your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

  • Serving as a backup to the accounting department (need previous accounting and payroll experience)
  • Managing for all day-to-day office operations
  • Pulling reports quarterly
  • Managing hiring and termination paperwork
  • Contact person for insurance and 401K information and vendors
  • Working daily in MS Office (including Excel) and SAGE
  • This will be someone looking to stay in a role long-term, role will be 100% IN OFFICE
