As a Contracts Coordinator, you will provide C-level administrative support on a daily basis. You will act as the liaison between the executives and all departments throughout the organization as well as outside partners and clients.

Your daily duties and responsibilities in this role will generally include:

- Legal (LOI's, Contracts, Redlines)

- Preparing Critical Dates

- Lease Abstracts

- Generate NOC

- Manage Code Violations

- Set Up & Track New Insurance Policies

- Coordinating & Saving Files to OneDrive

- Printing & Flagging Documents for Signature

- Calendaring & Scheduling (Meetings, Contract Dates, etc.)

- Attend Meetings (Development & Construction)


- Processing TI Requests

- Closeout Documents (Obtaining Warranties, etc.)

- Assisting Obtain Bids for Projects (Signs, etc.),

- Coordinate of Applications for Permits

- Utility Account Set-Up & Disconnect

- Track Subcontractor COI Expirations
