Job Description

This person will apply technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support Operations Unit to gather and interpret data, that will be meaningful for key decisions. This person demonstrates competencies in decision support and reporting through converting raw data into useful and actionable information.

* Performs data mining and analytic functions of the data.
* Communicate with team members and other departments including Operations, Accounting, Sales, Human Resources and Technologies to explain reports and gather required information.
* Support and create reporting to further enhance company growth.
* Generate accurate and timely reporting for internal, external customers and management, through both custom and standard reports.
* Assist in business intelligence application development and technical support typically in a defined project.
* Make recommendations towards the development of new processes or the reuse of existing processes

* Degree in the field of computer science a Plus, or related fields.
* Proficiency using SQL to retrieve data for analysis (queries)
* Knowledge of Excel functions and formula writing including lookups, custom calculations, if-and-or-logic, etc.
* Knowledge of BI tools (Cognos - Power BI - Tableau) is a plus
* Experience building dashboards, reports, and/or scorecards.
* Great presentation and data visualization design skills
* Strong proficiency with Office Suite.
