Job Description

Customer facing position that is responsible for providing technical resolution for reported trouble tickets and assistance to internal organizations of the company. This position interfaces with internal departments, outside vendors, carriers, and end user customers. This position has direct impact on the resolution of complex trouble situations.

Job Requirements:
  • 2+ years of technical experience working with customers, networks, and equipment
  • Troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of IP routing and VoIP architecture
  • Test knowledge of DS1 circuts
  • TCP/IP, routing protocols, and IP addressing
  • Understanding of call setup and messaging
  • LAN/WAN knowledge
  • DWDM and Ethernet troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Cisco and Juniper routers and/or UNIX commands
  • Technical call center experience
  • MS Office
