The client is looking for an individual to start off on a part-time basis and the ideal schedule would be Monday-Friday 10-2pm.
There is potential for this to turn into a full-time opportunity down the line.
They are looking for this person to start ASAP.

Duties:
- Handling of payables and receivables
- Filing/matching invoices
- Monthly billing process
- Data entry
- Basic accounting functions

Software:
- Experience with Procore and Spectrum is a plus
- Company uses Google Docs, Google Drive and Google email
