Are you seeking a giving and education focused company with an emphasis on work-life balance in the Glen Allen area?

Vaco Richmond is seeking a bookkeeper with a relevant degree/background in 501c3 accounting and bookkeeping. Previous experience in non-profit accounting is required.

Some of the daily job duties may include:

  • Responsible for bill pay services and payment of various taxes and licenses
  • Consult with banks regarding transfers
  • Input all transactions, balance, and review general ledger
  • Maintaining all files and records

Requirements of this role

  • Previous bookkeeping or similar experience in non-profit
  • 4-year degree in accounting is ideal, not required
  • Previous Peachtree experience is preferred
  • The desire to work a permanent part-time job
  • Attention to detail
