Job Description

Vaco Richmond is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper for one of our top clients in the Richmond area.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management
  • Maintain AR, AP
  • Prepare financial statements, income, expense, and balance sheets
  • Responsible for vendor management (AP)
  • Responsible for monthly reconciliations and month-end close
  • Develop cash flow projects
  • Maintains payroll and benefits
  • Supports ability to enhance management of financial, personall/operational, decision making and recordkeeping processes

Qualified candidates should have the following
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Experience in Non-profit Accounting**
  • Experience in Excel and Peachtree
  • Organizational and planning skills

**Requires ample experience within Non-profit Accounting
