Job Description

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a small CPA firm located West Indianapolis to fill a Part-time Front Office Administrative Assistant.

This is a direct hire role, but is Part-Time. Hours are Monday - Friday from 10am - 3pm.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Greeting clients

Answering calls

Filing and basic document preparation

General clerical duties and assistance to the owner

Other duties as assigned

Must be proficient in MS Office.
